This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the acceptable use of Connect+ services, websites, digital business card platforms, mobile tools, NFC-enabled services, integrations, and all associated technologies provided by Connect+, under the legal entities Digit Etcetera (Bangladesh) and Fusion Digi (Canada).

This policy is a binding part of the Terms of Service. If you violate this AUP, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice.

1. Purpose

Connect+ provides a platform for professionals, businesses, organizations, and partners to create, share, and manage interactive digital business cards and related micro-landing pages.

This AUP is designed to:

- Protect the integrity and reputation of the Connect+ platform
- Ensure lawful and respectful usage by all users and service providers
- Prevent abusive, harmful, or illegal activities

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Connect+ services to:

a. Illegal or Harmful Purposes

- Engage in or promote illegal activity, including fraud, phishing, identity theft, or harassment.
- Upload, share, or promote content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Violate local, national, or international laws and regulations.

b. Spamming and Misuse

- Send unsolicited marketing messages (spam), chain letters, or promotional bulk messages through vCards or platform tools.
- Use misleading metadata, fake reviews, or deceptive advertising tactics.
- Create fake user accounts or impersonate other individuals or entities.

c. Security Violations

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Connect+ servers, networks, or other accounts.
- Disrupt service availability through DDoS, malware, or other harmful software.
- Probe or scan the platform for security vulnerabilities.

d. Infringement of Intellectual Property

- Upload or use copyrighted content, trademarks, or brand materials without authorization.
- Misrepresent ownership or authorship of digital assets or user-uploaded files.

e. Scope of Platform Use (Digital Card & Micro-Page Only)

- Connect+ is designed exclusively for digital business cards, micro-landing pages, link-in-bio pages, and lightweight portfolio or profile-style pages.
- Users may not create or publish full multi-page websites, blogs, e-commerce stores, complex content portals, or long-form article-based websites using the platform.
- Excessive use of Connect+ as a general-purpose website builder—beyond the intended scope—may result in restrictions, suspension, or removal of the content.
- For users requiring advanced website creation, multi-page architecture, CRM workflows, or automation tools, Connect+ provides integrations and upgrade paths through DigiTrack or other designated partner platforms.

3. Platform Integrity & Fair Use

Users and service providers must not:

- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers that overload the system or bypass normal navigation.
- Resell, sublicense, or clone the Connect+ platform or templates without written permission.
- Abuse trial periods, promotional credits, or any free use program.

4. Partner & PRO Service Provider Conduct

For Connect+ partners, resellers, PRO service providers, and white-label users:

- You must not misrepresent your association or act as an exclusive/authorized distributor unless officially endorsed.
- You may not use the Connect+ brand in unauthorized ways, including in domains, paid ads, or misleading sales materials.
- You are responsible for your clients' compliance with this AUP and liable for violations under your service scope.
- You may not promise features, timelines, or support terms that Connect+ has not authorized or is unable to deliver.

5. Child Safety & Age Compliance

- Connect+ is not intended for children under 13 (or age defined by local law). Users under the legal age must use the service only under parental or guardian supervision.
- Any attempt to use the platform for the exploitation of minors will result in immediate account termination and will be reported to legal authorities.

All reports will be reviewed promptly. If needed, accounts may be suspended during investigation.

7. Content Quality & Misrepresentation

Users must ensure that all content published on Connect+ is:

- Accurate and not misleading, fraudulent, or intentionally deceptive.
- Up to date, especially for business information, pricing, and service claims.
- Not used to impersonate professionals, celebrities, businesses, government authorities, or any verified entities.
- Not used to misrepresent qualifications, certifications, medical or legal credentials, awards, or professional licensing.

Connect+ may request verification for sensitive categories such as medical, legal, financial, or governmental profiles.

8. Prohibited Business Categories

You may not use Connect+ to promote or facilitate:

- Illegal, unlicensed, or black-market services.
- MLM schemes, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or get-rich-quick investment scams.
- Gambling, betting, or casino operations without required licenses.
- Unregulated money transfer, cryptocurrency scams, or high-risk financial schemes.
- Sale or distribution of weapons, ammunition, explosives, or harmful chemicals.
- Unauthorized pharmaceutical products, supplements, or medical treatments.

Connect+ reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove content that falls into high-risk or legally regulated categories.

9. Data Handling & Privacy Responsibilities

Users must:

- Handle visitor data responsibly and comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, etc.).
- Not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or government IDs through Connect+ unless legally permitted and explicitly disclosed.
- Not misuse or resell data collected from visitors or QR scans.

Violation of privacy obligations may result in immediate suspension.

10. Bandwidth, Storage, & Resource Abuse

Users may not:

- Upload unusually large files or host media intended for streaming, mirroring, or mass distribution.
- Use Connect+ as a file-hosting or cloud storage service.
- Abuse server resources through excessive traffic, redirects, or automated access.

Connect+ may throttle, limit, or remove content that exceeds fair usage guidelines.

11. Third-Party Integrations & API Use

Users must not:

- Abuse APIs for automation, scraping, or artificially inflating analytics.
- Integrate unapproved third-party scripts, tracking tools, or harmful widgets.
- Inject malicious code, custom server-side scripts, or unauthorized iFrames.

Only approved integrations listed in the platform are permitted.

12. Enforcement & Actions

Violation of this AUP may result in:

- Content removal
- Temporary or permanent suspension of account
- Termination of contracts or partner agreements
- Reporting to appropriate authorities in case of legal violations

Connect+ reserves the right to investigate and take action at its sole discretion.

13. Changes to This Policy

Connect+ reserves the right to amend this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.
