Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Connect+, we strive to deliver quality digital business card services, platform access, and partner-driven tools. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to handle refund and cancellation requests with fairness and clarity.

This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for all our services, subscriptions, and product offerings.

1. General Policy

Refunds are governed based on the nature of the service/product, payment model (subscription vs. one-time), and usage status. Not all purchases are eligible for full or partial refunds. Please review the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Subscription Services

- Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard or by emailing support.
- Cancelling a subscription will stop the next billing cycle, but the service will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
- No refunds are issued for partially used periods unless otherwise agreed.

b. One-Time Setup Services

- You may request cancellation before onboarding begins or within 48 hours of order placement, whichever comes first.
- Once design or setup work has started, cancellation will not be eligible for a full refund, but a partial refund may be considered after deducting service charges or time spent.

c. Third-Party Software Access / Lifetime Tools

- Cancellation of services tied to third-party software licenses (e.g., white-labeled platforms, plugin licenses) is not applicable once the license or access has been issued or activated.
- In case of product discontinuation from the third party, see Section 5 for refund handling.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

✅ Refund for remaining balance (see Section 5)

User violated ToS or misused the platform

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be sent via email to:

- support@connectplus.vc
- Or via the authorized platform you purchased through

Include the following:

- Your full name, Client ID, and registered email
- Order ID, or transaction reference
- Description of your issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

We will respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refunds for Lifetime Access or Discontinued Services

For one-time or "lifetime" payments that depend on a third-party platform:

- Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product/service, not the user’s lifetime.
- If a third-party platform discontinues the product or revokes access, Connect+ will offer:

- An alternative equivalent service (where possible)
- Or refund the remaining value pro-rated based on the unused period (e.g., refund for the unused years of a 3-year assumed life)

6. Processing and Timeline

- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- It may take up to 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

- Filing a false dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.
- If a chargeback is filed fraudulently, we reserve the right to report the issue to relevant authorities and pursue legal action.

8. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

- Services rendered through third-party resellers or affiliate partners (contact them directly)
- Customized services where significant time or effort has been invested
- Any services/products beyond the refund request window (past 7 days unless contractually agreed)
