Welcome to Connect+ Digital vCard Solutions! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital business card services, platforms, websites, tools, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") offered under the brand Connect+ ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

✶ You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Service.
✶ By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent.

2. Service Description

⌖ Connect+ provides access to digital business card platforms, NFC-enabled card design and printing, customizable portfolio/profile pages, automation tools, and integrations with third-party services.
⌖ We offer services under subscription-based, one-time setup, and done-for-you packages.
⌖ Two primary platforms are offered: one for general global users (app.connectplus.vc), and another for local users and agencies (app.digitrackbd.com).

3. Account Registration and Access

✰ You must create an account to use certain features of the Service.
✰ You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
✰ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. License and Usage Rights

◈ Subject to these Terms, Connect+ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or business purposes.
◈ You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service.

5. Platform Access and Packages

❖ Different features and levels of access are available based on your subscription plan or one-time setup.
❖ Access to premium features may require additional payments.
❖ Connect+ reserves the right to change pricing, plans, and features with notice.

6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

✦ Our platforms may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp, Gmail, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
✦ You agree to comply with the terms of these third-party services.
✦ Connect+ is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party integrations.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

✧ You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant Connect+ a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
✧ The Connect+ platform, templates, brand assets, and other materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
◇ Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
◇ Upload or distribute malicious code, spam, or misleading information.
◇ Impersonate another person or business.
◇ Violate the rights of others or disrupt the platform’s integrity.

9. Termination and Suspension

⟲ Connect+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.
⟲ Upon termination, your license to use the platform will be revoked and data may be deleted unless legally required to be retained.

10. PRO Accounts & Service Providers

◈ Service providers using PRO accounts to build and sell profiles on our platform must adhere to our guidelines.
◈ Customers enrolled through third-party PRO service providers are the responsibility of those providers. Connect+ disclaims liability for any support or misconduct issues involving third-party providers.
◈ Violation of reseller terms may result in revocation of PRO access and legal action if applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

⌲ Connect+ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.
⌲ Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

12. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and Canada, depending on your service provider (Digit Etcetera or Fusion Digi).
