These Affiliate Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Connect+ Affiliate Program, operated by Digit Etcetera (Bangladesh) and Fusion Digi (Canada). By enrolling as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms and represent that you fully understand your obligations and entitlements.

By using our services, you agree to the terms and provisions outlined in this policy.

1. Overview of the Connect+ Affiliate Program

The Connect+ Affiliate Program allows individuals and organizations to promote Connect+ products and services using unique referral links and to earn commissions on eligible sales or subscriptions.

This program is intended to build a global network of promoters, collaborators, and revenue partners to help grow the Connect+ ecosystem.

2. Eligibility Criteria

- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must operate a valid online presence (e.g., website, social media profile, or professional community).
- You must not be an employee or immediate family member of Connect+ management unless specifically authorized.
- Approval into the program is subject to review and may be revoked at any time.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an approved affiliate, you agree to:

- Promote Connect+ honestly and transparently through content, posts, referrals, or word-of-mouth.
- Use only your assigned affiliate link or code for referral tracking.
- Ensure all promotional content complies with Connect+ branding guidelines and ethical marketing standards.
- Disclose your affiliate relationship where required (e.g., by using clear language such as “As a Connect+ affiliate…”).
- Refrain from any misleading, exaggerated, or unethical claims about the platform.
- Maintain the confidentiality of internal materials, training, and commission structures not marked for public use.

4. Referral Link Usage and Attribution

- Every affiliate is issued a unique referral link or code upon approval.
- The system tracks referrals through cookies and other analytics. The standard cookie window is 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- If a user clears cookies or uses a different device, attribution may not be guaranteed.
- Affiliates should avoid manually registering leads on behalf of users unless granted PRO Reseller access.

5. Commission Structure & Revenue Sharing

a. Commission Eligibility

You are eligible for commission when:

- A referred customer purchases a paid plan or service directly from Connect+ using your link or code.
- Payment is successful and not refunded within the refund period (if applicable).
- The transaction is tracked to your affiliate ID.

b. Standard Commission Rate

Unless stated otherwise in your affiliate dashboard or custom agreement:

- One-time setup sales: 10–20% commission
- Recurring subscriptions (monthly/annual): 15% recurring commission for the first 12 months
- Lifetime packages: 10% commission
- Custom-built enterprise or CRM deals: Commission to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis

Higher tiers or exclusive deals may be available to super-affiliates or PRO partners.

c. Payout Terms

- Payouts are made quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly depending on your selected payout method.
- A minimum payout threshold (e.g., $100 or equivalent in local currency) applies.
- Connect+ reserves the right to delay or withhold payment for suspicious, unverified, or disputed referrals.

6. Fraud Prevention & Prohibited Activities

Fraud or manipulation of the referral system is strictly forbidden. Examples of prohibited actions include:

- Creating fake accounts or self-referring
- Cookie stuffing or using hidden links
- Paid ads using Connect+ brand keywords without permission
- Misrepresenting Connect+ pricing or services
- Promoting via spam, misleading ads, or black-hat tactics

Violations will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

7. Use of Connect+ Branding and Materials

Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and marketing materials provided via the Affiliate Portal or upon request.

Do not:

- Alter logos or brand elements
- Represent yourself as an employee or agent of Connect+
- Impersonate Connect+ in customer communication

Custom creatives may be approved on request.

8. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates act as independent promoters, not as employees, partners, or agents. This agreement does not constitute a joint venture or franchise.

Affiliates may not legally bind Connect+ or represent the company in business or legal matters.

9. Termination & Deactivation

Connect+ reserves the right to:

- Terminate or suspend your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause
- Revoke commissions earned through fraudulent, manipulative, or non-compliant activity
- Remove dormant affiliates with no activity for more than 6 months

Affiliates may also voluntarily deactivate their account by written notice.

10. Confidentiality & Data Use

Affiliates must not misuse or share customer data obtained through the affiliate relationship, and must comply with all privacy and data protection laws in their region.

Any shared internal documents, platform data, or strategy plans are confidential and must not be leaked or redistributed.

11. Modifications

Connect+ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program after changes constitutes acceptance.

Material changes will be notified via email or platform announcement.
